After the Solar World Congresses 2003 (SWC2003) in Gothenburg, Sweden and 2005 (SWC2005) in Orlando, USA, and the celebration of the 50th anniversary of ISES in the same year, the International Solar Energy Society and the Chinese Solar Energy Society warmly welcome you to the ISES Solar World Congress 2007 (SWC2007) in Beijing, China, from September 18 to 21, 2007. Senior executive of TPR was invited to make a speech on the workshop of Solar Cooling to share his view on solar cooling and heating project development in China and financial issues related to the project development.

2007 Annual Meeting for Solar energy newspaper was held in Changzhou from 10th Sep. to 11th Sep, which outlined the development of solar thermal industry in last year. Experts and top management got together to find the inactive reason and the way of solving any problem in the running. At the same time, the 5th China International Solar Energy Autumn Trade Fair was held with more than 400 booths. TPR’s representative was invited to the event and gave a presentation in the conference.

by a famous sponser-Euromoney Energy Events (www.euromoney- energy.com).
Top players in the Chinese Renewable Energy Market will get together
at the event. The agenda will focus on: the case studies in wind,
solar, hydro, alternative fuels and bioenergy, and who will make
money in China and which investments give the best returns and

“2006 China International Conference for Power Generating by Straw”was held by State Electric Power Corporation in Qufu city of Shandong province on Dec.13-15, 2006. The topic of this conference was about the relative technology and the business operation for the projects of straw direct burning or straw gasification. The attendees included the person in charge from local government, energy department of National Reform and Development Commission, Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission, Bureau of Environmental Protection, Energy Research Association, investment companies, the utility companies of each province, and new energy companies and the facility manufactures and etc. Transpacific Resources Inc.(TPR)’s representative joined the event and gave a speech on risk management and investment at the conference.

A delegation conference in the field of PV industry was organized by SolarPlaza(a Netherland company), Chinese Renewable Energy Industries
Association (CREIA), National Development and Reform Commission
(NDRC)/Global Environment Fund (GEF),/ World Bank, Renewable Energy
Development Program(REDP) on 1st Dec,2006. The subject of this meeting
is to offer a platform for the communication between oversea and
domestic enterprises, to find any possibilities for any cooperation,
and to promote the development in the PV industry. 12 foreign representatives,
senior administrators and experts, who are mainly from Hetherland,
France, Ukraine, Bengal, and etc., joined in the meeting. The main
business involves in silicon wafer, solar battery, solar battery
test equipment and PV trade and etc. TPR's representative took part
in this meeting as one inviter of the foreign part.

IFCE/ACORE
Renewable Energy Executive Delegations visited shanghai
IFCE, jointly with American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE),
organized one renewable energy executive tour to shanghai. And they
held a conference on Oct. 27th, 2006. The delegation, focus on solar
energy, consisted of nine companies and four organizations such
as National Wildlife Federation, NanoWin Tech. Co., Ltd., Gulf Coast
Environment LLC, Rockefeller Brother Fundetc. Presently, most solar
energy firms export their products to European and US markets.
The solar power generation in China is limited. Most applications
are water-heating and lighting. A number of cities begin to provide
subsidiaries to encourage solar applications. With tech advancement
and policy support, solar power will become one of key solutions
to China's energy and environmental problems.
Tpr’s top management took part in the discussion and gave a speech
on that conference.

Oct.17-19,2006 |
More than 7,000 delegates gathered in San Jose,
a city of California in America, during Oct. 17-19, 2006 to kick
off Solar Power 2006, the largest business-to-business and business-to-consumer
solar expo and conference in US history. The expo hall includes
a record of 167 exhibiting companies. Solar Power 2006 focuses on
new and innovative developments in the solar energy industry.
TPR's key member joined the conference.

June21-22,2006 |
Over 600 top renewable energy CEOs, investors and developers met
at the Renewable Energy Finance Forum – Wall Street during June
21-22, 2006 in New York to discuss the financing of wind power,
solar energy and bio-fuels. The industry has been experiencing the
accelerated growth that has been predicted for three decades. Wind
power is a global market surging ahead. Solar PV is a booming high
tech industry. Bio-fuels is taking off this year with rapid expansion
to the limits of the industry to build the facilities.
TPR's key member joined the conference and made a short speech
at the second day.
